it's not animal cruelty if u really understand pets.if u said it's cruelty that's mean u never really know a pet or ur pet.cats do not enjoy being in akward position if that cat was tied to the harness that cat would be jerking around and screaming but he acting calmly as if he was always piggy riding that dog and look at the dog he's happy and relax and that rat was hunging lazily,rat won't act like that if he doesn't felt comfortable.
