We have the best urban police in the world.If u dont know, here in Brazil, the drug dealers have army equipment, even bazooka, cuz they make millions every day, in USA the drug dealers are poor, unarmed.Here the drug dealers are trained by guerrilla, in USA they dont know how to shoot.That shitty SWAT would die in seconds storming a favela.

So the government of Brazil does random raids of the Slums? Does "Favelas" mean Slums,or Ghetto? How do they determine who to shoot and who not to? And it is pretty dum to fire a rifle from a helocopter in an atempt to slay a gang member or drug dealer.Accuracy is affected,and they can and have amitted to killing innocents by accident. All this shit just to stop drugs! Doesn't appear to be worth it at all.
