This is under the 13L lights, I go spotting there all the time right now :). Theres a little inlit that used to be a parking lot that they blocked off, but you can still fit a car there and sit.

Are you at the Ramada parking lot? Stayed there one weekend and didn't think it had such a great view of inbound planes. Good vid.
