This is the type of project I,d be looking for my company to get involved in in the future. The buildings provide great energy savings not just in the actual construction but also on completion and day to day running costs...and they also look great...Great video

It totally makes sense, because if every floor rotates then every single suite in the building has ocean views, so they can charge more on average for all the suites for that. Plus youd pay more to be in a building that moves.I'm sure that would be a big help in offsetting the cost of engineering and building the structure.
