Almost true... some parts are saved by MS internals... they could rebuilt at least 2 working ones. Have seen the parts (look on google) and was told by friend working at xbox live. But, yes fully working not at this moment

You cant!!! 99.9998% of all of the Alpha Devkits were destroyed when the new XDKs were released.
