As I already said, of course other countries have had racial troubles, I cannot think of a single country that has had two different cultures integrating and settling in perfect harmony. Human nature sadly doesn't allow that.My point was that Race is such a hornets nest over there, it appears that much is dictated by race.Don't be defensive and please try and reply politely, being a prick gets us nowhere, except of course for making me think you are a prick!

I don't mean to labour on this but to finish off.The point is, forget your stereotypes, it's as ridiculous as us thinking all Yanks are fat, dumb, nerdy and soft (can't fight, soppy or weak).There is an accent fairly close to the one your thinking of but it is dying and is and has always been strictly belonging to upper middle class people from the London area. Believe me, a Manc, Scouse, Geordie, Brummy (all accents in England) sound less like that accent than yours actually does!
