No, of course they will not go to jail even if they're convicted. They'll only have to pay fine millions of &. But you've answered it yourself, it's a bad luck. A tragedy or racing incident. Unluckily it took the life of a great racing driver like him. Peace.

I agree Williams shouldnt be prosecuted - its racing - its a dangerous activity and everyone knows it - Senna more than most.I am sure it was mechanical failure, but no need to jail the team. Just bad luck - that's life. Just a tragedy it cost the life of the most talented driver we ever saw or ever will see. Very very unfortunate.

If you have a new strong evidence just like what you've just said, why not submit it to those Italian prosecutors, perhaps it'll help them convicting Williams after failing twice to convince the Judges.

Don't get me wrong dude. My point is, I'm not saying your Senna wasn't a good racing driver. He's a super-talented racer, a gifted one that even Schumi finds it hard to beat this guy at that stage. But it's just one of those racing incidents, WHICH IS WHY WILLIAM TEAM WERE FOUND NOT GUILTY OF MANSLAUGHTER!

How can you be so sure? By just watching 2-3 vids on-board of that car, & by reading some experts' suggestions, you're already sure that there was no mistake at all? You're not even there, & you're not one of those experts who studied the incident. We can't even call you an onlooker! You're a mere viewer.

You gave a suggested cause, & one other suggested cause after studying MADE BY EXPERTS after watching the video, a mistake is when he pushed the car a little too hard on cold tyres just after the safety car was brought in that lap.

I can say 100% there was no driver error.
pitmie (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
There is, of course one suggested cause like what you've just said. But it's just one of those rumours about his death, a 'reportedly' incident. Perhaps you know better than those in charge of handling this case in court, for they themselves believed that the claim was uncorroborative, as no evidence to support.

what a mental deficient you are! Every driver makes mistakes sometimes and on the other side every driver has mechanical failures (wing falling off, tyre blowout, steering broken etc).In all cases - once the car is out of control, its just luck if the driver lives or dies.In Sennas case - it was mechanical failure and unfortunately he had bad luck the way the car hit the wall. Simple as that!

There is absolutely ZERO evidence indicating driver error and a mountain of circumstancial evidence suggesting steering failure - just because a camera wasn't on the actual steering column when it snapped doesn't matter at all - scientific deduction and critical analysis and rational reasoning are sufficient.WE KNOW SENNA MADE NO MISTAKE HERE!
