Eve Arden was first class comedienne. She was great as Miss Brooks along with the landlady, Jane Morgan, not to be confused with the singer with the same name...many decades younger, of course.

Great musical number! The dancer is excellent. Eve is elegant and funny as always.

Bing Crosby and the Andrew Sisters did this one earlier, but Eve Arden put a lot of extra humor into this one.
