They should have had full protection of the harness and the harness was used for a sail on a boat which was a stupid thing to do. But yeah it was an accident but Owen didn't even want to do the stunt in the first place but they basically forced him to and on top of that he wanted to leave the company when Bret left for Wcw

why would martha go on and sue seriously it was a fucking accident shes acting like he got murdered yes i feel very sorry and was very upset when owen died.martha went too far it was part of owens character martha only sued because she knew it was a way for her to get money from a very rich company martha knew it was a very terrible accident she just wanted money that was her way martha pisses me off it was an ACCIDENT.
