John Kerry is a LOSER

kickinblue cont...)He also tried to get others to interfere with the Police. That's Resisting an Officer with Violence, though it was later changed to without, & Inciting a Riot & THAT is why he was arrested & rightly so. He's damn lucky his lawyer was able to get him 18 months probation instead of going to trial with all of the video evidence & eyewitness testimony against him. Read the Wikipedia page titled "University of Florida Taser incident". It has useful info & the sources for the facts.

kickinblue cont...)Meyer broke no less than 4 laws that day, ALL of the forum rules & the Students Code of Conduct. Watch WUFT Video Andrew Meyer. It starts when the Police are removing him for refusing to leave after he disrupted the forum, pushing people out of his way, yelling & cursing at Kerry after the Q&A had been announced to be over. That's Disorderly Conduct & Trespassing. While they were removing him he CHOSE to violently resist that lawful removal. cont...)

Bullshit. You did NOT witness "the repression of free speech." Who are you saying violated his freedom of speech & how so? Do you even know what the 1st amendment says? How the hell does ACCENT setting & enforcing rules for THEIR forum equal the Government creating laws that infringe on our freedom of speech? It doesn't! He was NOT violently removed. HE violently resisted & the acted accordingly. Who fucking cares WHAT he was saying. He was under arrest & not leaving without being in cuffs.

I just witnessed the repression of free speech. That was dispicable. A right that democrasy prides itself on was violently taken away. I may not know all the facts or see every angle but I was very disheartened to see another human being violently repressed like that and then tasered even when he begged not to be.

I'll say the same thing to you. Watch a video here called "WUFT Video Andrew Meyer Taser UF police violence brutality"I'll tell you why his speech was not violated. I'll send it to you in a personal message because it's way to long to type here with only 500 characters to work with.

You have to watch more angles of this event, especially the one that's titled"WUFT Video Andrew Meyer Taser UF police violence brutality" to see him fighting with police. It has a better view of him fighting with them while he's on the floor. He has no choice to walk out anymore, he's under arrest.

no it really wasent a good unof reason he didnt get viloent he got hard to remove from the room but he wasent hurting anyone or even trrying to hurt anyone just so long as there are plenty of police offercicers (sory i dont know how to spell that right now i am tierd lol ) they could carry him out i mean it would be difficult but thats still no reason be taserd they are taking advantage over the fact that they can taser someone and not puting forth the effort to just CARRY him out

Did you watch the video? He was cut off when he was still asking the question. He wasn't doing anything wrong. And I'm learning about the Constitution now. His free speech was illegally restricted. |
