Tuning is a little resticed on JICA engines, especilly with port timing hence the lower power output. Formula A 100cc engines, which there are little restrictions put out about 36BHP on 98RON.What 125cc engines are you using in Brazil? 40BHP should be easy to acheive with minor tuning on ethanol.

Not very surprising speed... in Brazil, using 125cc tuned engines, with ethanol as fuel, we get 36 hp and in some tracks the speeds are above 185km/h in the end of the longer straights... But this race is also very nice!

Tuned 100CC piston port two-strokes. About 25Bhp maybe more and 135Kg total mass. Lookup JICA on wikipedia.
