Samus is not a cyborg.. That is correct.. Her parents got killed by Space Pirates, Chozo trained her.. And the Power Suit she uses is made by Chozo.. So she is not a cyborg..

Samus is really a woman.. When you don't know someone's gender, you usually say "he".. Also the manual says "His true form is shrouded in MYSTERY" -_-'
