I'm think that the meaning of this song is about how the people of America believe whatever it is our government tells us. Hence the man drawing how love is the picture of a person with a gun as a face lying to us and trying to instill new "teachings" like the American people are childeren. While he goes about blinding and mind controlling people (the little kid) and he weighs his gold and just tossing things down to the kid to keep him distracted with war (when the kid is playing with the tank)
