Democrat CEO Franklin Raines, Fannie Mae intentionally manipulated financial reports to hit earnings per share targets in order to trigger bonuses Over half of Mr. Franklin Raines' compensation for the 6 years through 2003 was directly tied to meeting earnings per share targets.
