He just kept talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence, moving from topic to topic, such that no one had the chance to interrupt him, it was really quite hypnotic, 'notic, 'notic . . .Lol that's my favourite part of the video/song, and the funniest part. It sounds like rap.

Ménage à Troi episode. season 3. Captain Picard does the whole poetry thing.I remember this ep. mainly because Wesley gets promoted to Ensign...lol how I love Wes.
