Wow, you just don't see those wicked little planes much any more.

My father flies for Midwest, and he just told me that Midwest is oficially not going with the airtran offer. instead, they've decided to go with an independent investor, their planning to mergo by 08/15/07! Also, the investor has planned to keep Midwest functioning just as it is, and return it to normal management.

I want to see those FRJ's fly into Sioux Falls! We need Midwest so bad, and we culd totally handle a CR2 or FRJ.

AirTran already flys 737's to MKE.
edyken77 (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
Kiss Midwest goodbye, maybe AirTran will actually bring some 737s to Milwaukee. Wouldn't that be neat?

There are no thrust reversers. Only ground spoilers and the best breaks ever put on an airplane. :-)
ninesteinTech (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
As I recall there was no reverse thrust I think it is similar to the 146 in that respect Only three seats across though whereas the 146 is 4 and of course the two engines vs four on the 146 |
