On October 28, 2006, Trevor Berbickwas murdered at a church in Norwich, Jamaica by an assailant wielding a 2 inch thick steel pipe. He suffered multiple blows to the head which resulted in him dying at the scene of the attack. Police have arrested 2 men. One of them is Berbick's nephew,

Just saw Peter quit on the stool against Klitschko. Man, if either of those two were in the ring against Tyson at his peak, they would have been coming out feet first. At least Berbick had the balls to try and make a fight of it

iron mike was a revelation at the time when as a young man he put the fear of god into everyone.i liked his no nonsence black trunks no fanfare no cape walk to the ring.you just knew that this guy was pure very fast hitting machine.what has happend over the years on a personal thing for mike really is just media fodder, if you watch him fight and ignore the rest of it he probrably was the best of all time.
