We are not paying for the war...that was my point...we are not paying for the war...what you are talking about is the military budget...its for the military...not the war...the military...we have had a military budget since the beginning of this country. It pays for the excistance of the military, not the fighting of actual wars...which is much more expensive. Here is a good question for you, did we have enough money to pay for World War II? Your post doesn't have any facts in it. It is merely very loose and inaccurate paraphrasing of two separate (but not at all mutually exclusive) arguments that some liberals use against the Iraq war. The point of those two arguments is that America didn't have enough money for the war in the first place, so by starting it we not only can't fund our troops and give them what they need, but we ALSO hurt our domestic economy by spending money on the war.

He and Cheney belong in jail as well as Rumsfeld and Rice. They are all partners in crime. McCain is just another Bush.
