Are you sure in the real world driving will still be 20mpg?

15MPG is awesome for 5.0 V10....!!

but when you look at it you still see a cadillac and it will always be a cadillac even with the corvette motor

Did I mention the displacement is now 6.2L, just like the ZR1 engine? You know why? The 2009 CTS-V uses a detuned version of the ZR1 engine (and it still has 556 HP with an average of 20 MPG)

amazing car and now only £27,000 second hand, man I love the credit crunch...

I mean the 2009 CTS-V. That beast cranks out 556 HP. It produces more torque at IDLE than most cars do at full throttle.
ramonj08 (September 26, 2008 at 3:20 pm)
the CTS-V has a 400hp 5.7 liter V8 from the Corvette

the cts-v has 550hp, but i think the M5 is better to drive
ramonj08 (September 26, 2008 at 4:44 am)
doesnt the CTS-V only put out 400hp and the M5 puts out 500hp? but the M5 looks better hands down and will out perform |
