Hi Brad, love your videos, I give the morning and evening tapping sessions to clients on a CD. I agree with you completely - all our parts have positive intentions for us, it's just the way they go about it creates problems sometimes. Self-sabotage is really a part of us wanting to keep us safe/protected but is using old outworn or childish behaviours or reactions to do that. EFT brings that to the surface so it can be changed to something more beneficial. Best wishes from Ireland, Helen.

The words that came to me recently were: Self-sabotage is misguided self-love. Recognizing that the intention is positive, we just need to re-educate ourselves on how to best take care of ourselves.

"Every issue that we have, our subconscious has created it in an attempt to protect us - often in a very misguided way. "hmmmm that's very mindopning thing for some one like me who have fear. thank you brad for that

Well stated, AJ - thanks. Most of us are programmed to focus on the negative - if only unconsciously - but that's where the manifestation power is. It isn't our fault - just what we've learned. The beauty of EFT is that it clears the negative energy - whether we are focusing on the negative or trying to focus on the positive.

I'm no expert, but it sounds like you are perhaps actually focusing on negatives when you try to focus on positives. As an example, if you're saying 'I want more money' but the emotion behind it is sending the message, 'I don't have enough money now', not having enough money is what you are actually attracting.EFT can help a lot with at least taking the edge off of negative emotions. There are complete instructions on Gary Craig's website. Best wishes!

I used to follow The Secret, and tried all I could to get things to change, but nothing changed, it continually got worse. Part of the problem is that I developed Alopecia Universalis, and was told that it would cure me. Since I started, I lost my house, lost my career, ad lost my family. Also, the pain from this disease is almost unbearable. What am I doing wrong?

I feel moved to comment here - never did before - on how you present yourself with such authenticity. Like someone else commented - you have a great vibe! I liked adding the word forgiveness to love and acceptance.

Every issue that we have, our subconscious has created it in an attempt to protect us - often in a very misguided way. But it is not unusual, as we start clearing these issues, for the subconscious to send "knock it off!" messages. Nausea can be one of these. Tap on "Even though I feel like I am going to vomit..." - it should pass. |
