actually your both wrong. Inductance is measured in henrys uf is for microfarads or the amount of electrons (one farad is 1 mole of electrons) the energy is 1.7kj (kilo joules) which is calculate by 1/2 * voltage ^ 2 *capacitance (in farads).

7200 uF is the inductance of the coils, it has nothing to do with current. (though 7200 uF seems like an awful lot for just 150 turns, and since he can't use an iron core, i don't see how this is even possible.)btw, the current can be derived from the 700V, if you would really want to know it.
