if you knew anything about music you'd see that in a lot of their songs they make fun of nirvana by playing with the lyrics/references and it's accually a comment on their music, not an imitation of.

If you knew anything about music, you'd see their guitar tones are extremely similar to Nirvana's. The pillows just have the gift of making incredibly boring music.
