When will this model be available?
hardcoretam (September 26, 2008 at 6:56 pm)
I agree. Neu is more power and less weight and more cost efficient.

9DevilDog3 (September 20, 2008 at 7:49 pm)
how would you install the dual vxl controllers?
9DevilDog3 (September 8, 2008 at 1:39 am)
It depends....the e revo is styled and tuned more towards racing and the e maxx is more tuned towards to off road
lukemcclelland (September 4, 2008 at 11:25 am)
whats better? e-maxx or e-revo? the e-revo looks pretty good IMO but i havnt had any experience with either

I'd expect you would overheat a mamba before a phoenix on 5s. not to mention brakes/reverse means more circuitry hence more resistance. and id doubt the phoenix would overheat much with the correct gearing
xmoderkid (September 3, 2008 at 11:40 pm)
Because, the phoenix for one does not have any brakes, and because it is not designed for the constant and instantaneous load of accelerating and driving a car that weighs between 7 annd 12 pounds, they tend to either fry or get alot of heat problems.
lukemcclelland (September 3, 2008 at 6:06 am)
because they are rated for that amount of power. the mambas resistance with a 5s lipo would be huge compared to the phoenix. not to mention that the phoenix is used by most people attempting/breaking speed records |
