Everybody keeps trying to copy this exercise but keeps performing it wrong and this video is no exception either.Watch the video "a week in the dungeon" and Yates (the master) will show you how to do it properly.

dude u need to lean over a little more if you wanna hit your lats right. plus that's not a Yates row, a yates row is using an underhand grip (palms facing away from you)
