Trust me, I am an American and I am also a university physics major. My IQ scores have been in the range of 'genius' since I was 15. No, most Americans are not stupid, but obviously they found some who are. Personally I am somewhat offended by this, but i'll admit it made for a good laugh. Please don't base your opinions of 'most americans' off of one obviously biased film clip since it just perpetuates ignorance.
