I tottaly agree!! Apple is way to costly. it's rare to come across good customer service anymore!! (i wonder how good the warranty is on a macbook air LOL)

Apple-Care should really be called "Apple-Don't-Care". I took my malfunctioning PowerBook to the desert and used it for target practice.VERY satisfying.
