The oil producing nations are running at maximum capacity. Iraq is believed to have the 2nd largest oil reserves in the world. The KSA agreed to pump an add'l 200,000 barrels a day. We need 2 million more barrels a day. If KSA could pump 1-2 million more a day they would. But they can't. We are also competing with India and China for oil. Do some reading on the "Iraq Oil Law". Lots of interesting stuff going on behind the scenes in Iraq.
