Time Lapse Road Trip in a Hybrid - Texas to Canada

We drove from Texas to Ontario, Canada on approximately three tanks of gas (Read: We stopped for fuel three times, but we did not drive it to empty each time and the last tank we barely used anything- so about 3.2 tanks all together.) I edited out minor stops like food and bathroom, but left in major ones like sleeping and fuel. For those asking how many MPG we got- it was approximately 43-45 Which I know isn't THAT spectacular considering the new hybrids (and even just the new more efficient cars,) but it's amazingly good compared to the Ford we used to drive. We also did a lot of driving around the towns we stopped at for the night but didn't show this in the video- it's included in our gas consumption though, which would raise the average still. This was an '03 civic automatic gasoline-electric hybrid.Music: DJ Markitos - Northern Lights (used with permission)

They "drove Canada to San Hose"? Wow! Their car must be fucking huge to fit Canada in it.

Great. But why do the trees look shorter in Ontario? Highway established later? Otherwise nothing seems to change along the highways. Try visiting Quebec, though, no English on the signs, border guards, rabid police-dogs...hahahaha.
