Pho?Pho uses rice noodles. Ramen doesn't and it tastes way different than pho. Not to mention the ingredients and methods of making the ramen broth is different. People also use herbs, fish sauce, chili sauce and other sauces to flavor the pho broth. People don't do that with ramen.
