Brad Daddis and Rigel Balsamico of Daddis Fight Camps break down how to do a proper hand wrap for Muay Thai training. Watch as many times as you need to learn to do it yourself before training. Keep your hands safe! You'll notice this wrap does not show the wrap around the thumb. To add, simply do two figure 8's around the thumb and wrist.

I do kung fu and ji jitsu,i use my hand wraps in kung fu, unless i have my mma gloves on, but i dont wear my wraps in ji jitsu, they just come off to easily when u are trying ti submit someone, :PPlease ignore spelling mistakes im lazy :(

I wrap exactly like this but I don't use as much padding on the knuckles to help my hands fit into the gloves/mitts. Then at the end I do my thumb twice instead of wrapping across the knuckles again which slips down when you put on/take off gloves. I bring the wrap from under my wrist, up between thumb and index finger, around the back of the thumb and across the back of the hand behind the knuckle bulge, repeat once and back to the wrist. Top video though

Youre right it is. My trainer will wrap my hands with 108's for focus pad, speed and heavy bag training. For sparring and fights he uses the 180's for a little extra support.

no, they have gauze that's wrapped around the hand but cut under the open palm area of the glove. it's required by most rulebooks.

just glove, so they can grapple comfortably
