It figures that a bunch of punks would criticize Hogan and Nick when you punks aren't any better yourselves. Oh so you all are perfect little angels - Yeah right! Half of you dimwits probably get drunk and act stupid every Friday night. The other half are probably spoiled punks (just like you claim Hogan's son is).

pacmannick: I agree with Ventura on some issues but not all. Why isn't he running? Could it be that he is one of these "chicken hawks" himself? Ventura is a big cry baby. When he was governor of MN he was whinning about the media all the time. When you are in politics you should expect to receive negativity from the media on occasion. Does Ventura think he should be immune to that just because he is Jesse Ventura? He's a crybaby! I only agree with him about the government spying on us.

AlecAlexandra: Now if Hogan actually said he bought booze FOR Nick, then he is liable. Or, if it was PROVEN that Nick and John were drinking in Hogan's home, then Hogan is liable. As for your statement regarding liability simply because their name is on a title - I disagree with you unless you can show evidence of that. I myself ran into that situation a few years back (I was going to be sued because my name was on the title even though I didn't cause the accident). The case was thrown out!

AlecAlexandra: I am not wrong about the seat belt thing. Go to dogpile and put in the search: "Florida seat belt laws" then click on the Florida Department Of Transportation website - It says the following: "The driver is held responsible for passengers UNDER 18 years of age who are not buckled up". Parents in Florida are held responsible for their kid drinking when the parent buys booze FOR their kid or when the parent doesn't stop the kid from consuming booze in their home.

Think your wrong..all front seat "adult" passengers have to be buckled up or the driver is fined. Back seat no. Also Fla has a law passed in the late 80's that any parent giving their minor child alcohol is liable. Minor child meaning under 21 since the drinking age is 21. But actually anyone with their name on that car title and insurance is liable in any state. Let alone any alcohol use involved.
