It is kinda cryptic...but remember, this was written in the late '60s...you have to wonder what Jimmy Webb was on when he wrote this! :)

Never knew they had a version of this song, and now that I've heard it, I can honestly say I like it much more than either Donna Summer's or Richard Harris's versions.I always felt that the Three Degrees were one of the most underrated girl groups ever.

didn't know they did a version of this song, cool. i like donna summer's version the best, but they do a great slow version.
