eeew, this reminds me, from the ending, i goddamn knew she was his wife, at the point she was walking around the pie shop singin somethin bout evil smells or stuff (i'm from germany as well and can't remeber the lyrics)i was like: "nooo he's gonna kill his wife nooo, don't let him do that, uuuh that's too drama for me!" and i hold my pillow tight until the movie was over xDthen i was like: noooo~ again xD

Is it just me who feels sorry 4 mrs. lovett wen i hear this song. Cuz even thou she got raped and y'know, went mad, sweeney is like comitting horrific crimes 2 avenge her cuz he's so mortified and lucy's like offering herself 2 like anything in trousers. and then mrs lovett is just tryin 2 do the best 4 him cuz she loves him. and misguided as that was she loves him.im soz i know i get far 2 involved in the story line but y'know im eva so slightly obssed wiv sweeney todd.

The words she uses are slang. It took me a while to work out what they meant as well.She was asking him to sleep with her.
