"Control" is THE ONLY factor."They" cannot control it. "They" want farmers broke and destitute. "They" want the world all fucked up and US all in a panaic so they can say..."What we need is a One World Government to fix all these problems".They want to centralize EVERYTHING under their control.Food production and especially WATER r number 1 on their list.

In that case...how will powerful people make a Trillion dollars off it? We cant have very simple soloutions to our problems. We should wait for a suitably qualified "expert" to charge vast sums to fix things. Besides, our masters plan to make us beg for food and water via a "mark" that no one can buy and sell without.Cant have independent spoil sports
