I'm sorry but once you're exposed to what Biba used to be then this and every other relaunch just fall flaccid. Wheres the atmosphere and pomp? The mystery and magic of it all is what did Biba so well, you were immersed in it from when you set foot in the door, this, this is trying to get your slice from the fashion pie with minimal effort.
