Good vid! I have a 707 myself. Do you know how to connect the 707 to key a linear amplifier? I have an older Bandit 2000c linear with an outboard keying circuit built that needs a ground set to it whenever the 707 goes to transmit. Is there a pin on the ACC that will supply a ground on transmit? Thanks very muchMike N5LUBTexas

Can u do a video of dismantling the FT707 PA unit and lo pass filter as well as the RF,IF and Audio pcb's?? Would be a hit as the PA is difficult to figure out how to pull apart to get to the antenna relay.Peter

I have had the similar Sommerkamp 767 (it is in fact the same radio albeit fitted with a CW filter from new) for many years. These are reliable and robust radios, I trust the new owner of this one enjoys it.
