Never heard of Intellivision? That is insane! I admit the GC controllers are poor, but complaining about the graphics? Cmon, what did you expect from games 30 years ago???

The only game in this collection I can think of that might benefit from vibration was Keith's "Space C*NT"

Funny...as a (now adult) child of Intellivision, I went through all the games on this recently to see which ones held up. I will say that, for all its shortcomings graphically, "Armor Battle" is actually a real nail biter if you've got a worthy opponent. "Thunder Mountain" (is that the name?--it's "Thunder [Something]" is very innovative, and a newfound pleasure. In addition, the sports games are really good if you take time to learn the controls.

fattpieceofcrap,People with user names like yours just cracks me up! Most of the time, the memories is what it's all about with me too. I've been going mad collecting NES games online at Amazon, and buying them anywhere I can find them! I even orderd an Atari 2600 and an Odyssey 2...mainly for the memories. It sometimes feels like I'm wasting my money but I just love seeing my collection grow! |
