Later, Jay goes back to East Gold's gym, where he drinks a Nitro Tech Shake. He then hits the cardio bike for a session of cardio - his reported body weight is 270 pounds. He then gets right into his back workout: * Long Bar Lat Pulldowns (four sets). * Machine Single Arm Rows with straps (four reps with up to 205 each side). * Incline Dumbbell Rows (three sets). * Triangle Bar Lat Pulldowns (two sets). * T-Bar Rows (three sets). * Dumbbell Shrugs (five reps). * Deadlifts - 225 pounds, 315X2 sets. * Cable Rows (three sets).Jay then hit a seated front lat spread after set #1 of the cable rows, followed by the following poses which he performed in posing trunks:from the movie ripped to shreds

daft, most pros at the top have what many consider "sloppy" form. it seems to work for them, esp. in offseason. they move extremely heavy weight in mass-building phase even if they have to cheat some. in pre-contest phase, the weight goes down some and reps get a bit higher with slightly better form. as for mr. olympia cutler, this is pretty much his form year round. seems to work for some more than others. try good form for a few wks then try heavier with a little cheat, see what works for u

Jay looks in great shape here i wonder when this was off. could any 1 give me some advice about his form, is this a bulking up cycle he is going threw, it seems he is lifting as much as possible and throwing the weight about rather than controlling it like other builders.

YOU are. you can't just predict if your arm happens to give out or if the bar slips during a lift. what if your benching alone and you think you have the bar on the rack but it slips or you just can't lift it high enough to put it back on, don't you wish you would of had a spotter.

Um no, ever heard of WORKING TO FAILER!!! you need a spotter to help you get in those last few reps when needed or if you injure yourself during a lift. Maybe not for lat-pull down but for benchpress. So whose the dumby now!!!!!

uh pretty sure u dont need a strong person to help SPOT u. if some one needs that much strength of a spotter than its too much weight dumby
