its usually this confusion that causes friction between both sides. i am a christian and i see that both sides have the same evidence. i think reason why evolution and many other scientific theories were not described in the bible is because it would blow the minds of the human race at that time. God didn't explain it because it would be like astrophysics to a 5 year old. i see sciance as explaining how God made it. not how it was made without him.

Yes, creationists also often confuse Abiogenesis with evolution, and then call evolution, like you said, things like "change" and "adaption".

ah kk..i kinda get what u mean, like a circle is kin to infinity from a mathematical point of view..not that i would agree a circle is infinity in reality..but u was talkin about a mathematical equation anyways, so i will just take my ignorant pedantics elsewhere :)

That's really the point, though. Things were *thought* to be supernatural, but they turned out to be natural. For something to qualify as truly supernatural, it cannot ever be explained by science. Supernatural means beyond the realm of science - if science *could* explain the supernatural, then it wouldn't *be* supernatural. |
