Hi. Is it usual to have the brushtip pointed at an angle that way? It's very interesting and the results are great. What is the name of the company where you got that brush? Good brushes are so hard to find. Thanks! Keep posting basic lessons, please! : )

hi, it's different from those. the hair of sumi ink painting brush is more hard and shorter than calligraphy one.

HI, I live in india and i am an artist, I am facinated by sumi e, its like a magical dream dance, i recently acquired my sumi e brush ink and stone... and i want to learn it, i would welcome all the help i can get.. i learned some by looking at your video and would appritiate if you can direct me how to develop my skills, thank you!!!
