If you like the darker VnV sounds (Procession, Honor), Wumpscut and Grendel are a good start. If you like the lighter sounds, covenant definately, also try either Assemblage 23 or Lost Signal are good.

yeah roylandblackhart is right assemblage 23 is the closest thing i have found to vnv nation. also try apoptygma berserk and rotersand.
