The most common passing maneuver in F1 today involves getting a good run out of the last corner, getting behind the driver in front to get a good SLIPSTREAM, and then outbraking him in the first corner.

of course NASCAR is not the king of motorsport!only for american drivers...NASCAR is not even close to F1...F1 its the master of motorsport...the F1 cars are master pieces!

Unfortunately, I don't have the right gear at home to convert my VHS video footage to digital formats for uploading.

With all respect ... If Clark hadn't allowed Hill to ride in his slip-stream... Clark would have left him far behind.

You have the original clip on VHS tape? Why not work out some way to upload it to Youtube? It would be fantastic to see it again.

Unless you were to drive a NASCAR today, a modern F1 driver wouldn't even know what slip streaming was !!.

What a race, what footage. Thanks for putting this up, I wish modern F1 had slip-streaming that was as effective.
