I think this video oversimplifies the attitude of the American people to the war on Iraq. It is not just that this war is unanimously hated by the American people. I think the war has "noble intentions" (bringing democracy to the Middle East, and to the greater Islamic world), but it has been manipulated by a ruthless elite (the Bush Administration, big businesses, war profiteers, etc.) Many people have chosen to do nothing, and they wouldn't care even if they were given a choice to end the war.

but if the US government is a Plutocrazy where lobbyists make legislation and then buy the republic's representative's vote and also get to fund who gets into the ballot, we don't really have a difference to make other than picking the less of 2 evils. we definitly should pick the less of 2 evils, but we should also open our eyes to the fact that a plutocracy is not a democrazy and we need to reform how our choices are selected for us

Very powerful everyone should vote regardless of their political leanings. As my father (staunch Republican) taught me: "If you don't vote, you have no right to complain about how they [the politicians] run the place." He and and I don't always see eye to eye since I am more a moderate than conservative, but he also taught me "I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." Yep, he is also retired military. Say no to Apathy and VOTE!
