That is definitely a python. No king snake has the distinctive skin markings and coloring that are unique to pythons. Plus, how does the head NOT look like a pythons? Does to me, and Ive owned a king snake and seen many pythons. That's a young python that hasn't reached it's full size yet (and won't lol) and a fully grown Cobra. Cobra's make their living eating other snakes(like a king snake). As adults most Cobra's need only fear man and large lizards like the Monitor.
