Um...the Bill of Rights are simply the first ten amendments to our Constitution, and the point is that some things never change. For example, equality and the right to defend oneself. No matter how long we exist certain things will always be true,like our constitution. Oh, and the constitution was drafted in the latter part of the eighteenth century, smart guy.
