some fuel filters cannot be changed because they are not accessible(they are inside the tank) so find out then see if they try to sell you one even though it cannot be changed

It's not always the workers, it's the owners and managers. I work at a shop which I have very much grown to dislike where I feel like customers and employees are getting ripped off. Some employees are never given their 25 cent raise for each service they tested on so you shoulder a lot on a few. It's chaotic and tiring and as simple as it is the pace we work at causes mistakes. I used to list to customers the discounts and let them have them without proof, now I can't say anything.

I'm sitting here at our beach house in Myrtle Beach, and my mother-in-law was just asking me this morning why the oil filter for her 2005 Lincoln Town Car should cost $59.Of course, I did some research before coming to any conclusions: as expected, the filter costs no more than any other. That is, UP TO $10 for the premium K&N item.Guess who suggested she spend that amount on a filter when they changed her oil?Try the Route 40 (Baltimore Natl Pike) store in Ellicott City, Maryland.
