Come on, of course we got a freaking awesome education at Texas Tech, but when you've gone there for 4 or 5 years and someone asks you what you are going to miss or what was really great about your time there, you're going to talk about things that were really fun, your memories and the atmosphere around you. Unless of course you're some stuffy nerd, then maybe you'd say "the education." Come on....

rufugio,I'm sorry you have such a disproportionately negative view of Texas Tech, but the batteries incident occured at another Big 12 school and was improperly reported in a newspaper article. Also, let me point out that not only have Aggies killed a horse used by Texas Tech's mascot in a prank, but that Bevo's name derives from Aggies branding it. When I think of Texas Tech, I think of fans storming the field and tearing down the goal posts and shoving them in the visitors section. I think of fans throwing batteries at the opposing team. I think if the classlessness of not only their fans but of their coaching staff. Texas Tech, classlessness at its finest.
