at the end you see that he wants to take the "rue lepic" but he cant because a truck was stopped in it (we dont see the truck) so he turned left and all the final sequence after the bridge is total improvisation, he said after made this that it was said before that there will be just one try (superstition) so it had to worked or not, and in the end of the film, if there was just one car in montmartre he would have been forced to stop, and so the film would have been dead.

ok so for informationthe clip is called "c'etait un rendez-vous" by claude lelouche (a famous french cineast) it was made in 1976 without any autorization, it is on normal speed (lelouche speed was 180km/h and 200 km/h)you can see its normal speed with the birds at the endthe car used in this film was claude lelouche's one (a mercedes benz) and the girl at the end was claude lelouche's wife too

well for those who doesn't know, this video was made by Claude Lelouche, at Paris city in a Ferrari 275 GTB. the driver was a friend of the director and a professional F1 pilot. Lelouch was arrest cause he didn´t had permition to make it. it is awesome cause he drived at 250km/h in some streets. very good ;)

actually if you look the camera tilts the opposite way to the turn due to the weight transfer onto the cars suspension as it corners also at 2:30 ish the car mounts a kerb to go around a bus where as a bike would have just passed by through the gap.awsome song all the same

Sorry to disappoint you all but the video was shot from a motorbike, if you notice the bike leans on the corners , great song and video though

cuz this film was shot in 1976!!!!!!!!!!!..when you COULD race thru the middle of Paris - non stop and run a dozen red lights and get away with it!
