Just checked and this isn't such a rare song, the album is available on Amazon. Title Sheet music, album is re-released in 1992. It's the title song of the album. Just ordered it and it will be delivered very soon! So.....

I remember hearing this song in 1994-95 on an oldies station and I loved it. It was a familiar White beat but the arrangement had another texture to it that I loved.
