i and my sister were named before this great saint...i as gerard and my sis as majella.that's because my mother had a novena in his honor when she has difficulty having a child. so after 4 still births and diffult pregnancy i was eventually was born (the 5th) and my sis (6th)God bless us all.

This saint saved my little girls life while my wife was pregnant with her. We included San Gerardo's name in that of my daughter upon her birth.
